All video assets, strategy formulations, technical frameworks, text, graphics, trademarks (including BRAHMASTRA), and software are the exclusive intellectual property of Akash Raj Awasarmol.
Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable, single-user license to stream the protected video in your Video Library. You expressly agree NOT to:
- Record, capture, re-encode, or rip the video stream through any software or hardware means.
- Share, sell, sub-license, leak, or distribute account credentials to third parties or trading groups.
- Circumvent or tamper with video encryption, authentication tokens, or dynamic viewer watermarks.
Watermark Disclosure: Video playback dynamically embeds a visible moving watermark displaying your registered verified email address and unique membership identifier (ARA-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) across the video player for copyright protection and leak traceability.
3. Session Controls & Account Investigation
The platform enforces a strict single active playback session policy. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices or anomalous access patterns may supersede previous playback sessions or trigger account suspension pending administrative review.
In the event of suspected piracy or leak investigation, watermark and session audit records serve as investigative evidence. A matching watermark identifier does not by itself conclusively prove who personally initiated an unauthorized redistribution. The platform conducts administrative review and allows member verification prior to final account suspension or legal action, preserving all applicable consumer rights.
4. Educational Nature & No-Profit Guarantee
All educational materials, lessons, and videos available on akashrajawasarmol.com are provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, or trading advice.
Purchasing or streaming Brahmastra does not guarantee profits, specific returns, income, trading success, capital protection, or the recovery of losses. 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
6. Protected Premium Content & Anti-Piracy Policy
PROTECTED PREMIUM CONTENT — ARA BRAHMASTRA
This membership is strictly for the personal use of the purchasing account holder.
Unauthorized video recording, copying, downloading, redistribution, sharing of screenshots or video clips, leaking paid content, or sharing membership access is prohibited.
Our videos are protected by digital rights management, server-authorized playback, and viewer-specific forensic watermarking.
Verified violations may result in immediate suspension and permanent termination of membership access, subject to review under our Terms of Service. Legal remedies may be pursued where applicable.

Existing customers are hereby notified of this enhanced anti-piracy protocol. Our security infrastructure monitors concurrent streaming leases and viewer-specific forensic identifiers. The platform does not claim that every client-side screenshot attempt is detectable by browser events alone; however, any verified public or private leak carrying a member's forensic identifier will trigger immediate administrative investigation and applicable legal remedies.
