1. Information We Collect
We practice data minimization. We only collect information strictly required to authenticate user accounts, provision digital strategy entitlements, and ensure streaming security:
- Account Credentials: Full name, email address, and cryptographically hashed passwords (using Argon2id). We never store plaintext passwords.
- Order Telemetry: Authoritative order identifiers, payment amounts, and transaction status receipts from Razorpay. We do NOT store payment card details, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.
- Session Security Data: Masked IP addresses (SHA-256 hashed), user agent strings, and playback session tokens strictly to enforce our single-stream anti-sharing rules and dynamic watermarks.
2. Protected Video Playback & Dynamic Watermarking
To protect proprietary copyrighted trading strategies and enforce single-user digital licensing, authenticated video playback dynamically displays a visible moving watermark containing your full verified email address and unique membership identifier (e.g., ARA-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).
This dynamic watermark is rendered exclusively within your own authenticated playback session and is not visible to or shared with other platform customers. The watermark serves as an investigative traceability deterrent against unauthorized screen scraping, redistribution, and credential sharing.
Note: Watermark records serve as administrative traceability data during copyright and leak investigations. In accordance with applicable consumer rights, account actions are subject to human review and verification, and an appearance of an account watermark does not by itself conclusively determine who personally initiated an unauthorized redistribution.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain account and entitlement history for the duration of your lifetime membership. You may request account closure or data deletion by contacting our support desk.
